Terms and Conditions for iShop Multi-Vendor Store

Welcome to iShop, a multi-vendor online marketplace. By signing up and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vendor Registration and Fees

1.1. To become a vendor on iShop, you must complete the registration process
1.2. Vendors are required to pay a monthly maintenance fee ……… CFA to cover the costs of managing and maintaining their online store within the iShop platform.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

2.1. Vendors are responsible for managing their store, including listing products, pricing, and fulfilling orders.
2.2. All products listed by vendors must comply with local and international laws, as well as iShop’s policies regarding prohibited or restricted items.
2.3. Vendors must ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and shipping information to avoid disputes and maintain a positive customer experience.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1. Payments for the sign-up and monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable.
3.2. iShop will disburse payments to vendors after deducting any applicable fees, commissions, or charges.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1. Vendors are prohibited from listing counterfeit, illegal, or unauthorized products.
4.2. Vendors must not engage in activities that may harm the reputation or operations of iShop, including fraudulent transactions, misrepresentation, or violating intellectual property rights.

5. Termination of Vendor Account

5.1. iShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account if any terms and conditions are violated.
5.2. Vendors can terminate their account by providing a written notice via email to iShop. However, no fees paid will be refunded.
